A government employee eager to emigrate to the United States rushing
to meet the deadline at the embassy in the capital, a happy-go-lucky
monk trying---but in no rush---to attend a festival there, and various
other Thimpu-bound travellers from a remote village in Bhutan have to
bear with one another during a vehicle-scarce journey; and end up
enjoying the company: esp. with the affable monk's retelling of a
story about a reluctant magician-in-training.
